During my recent stay at La Perla, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modernity of the apartment. The blackout windows in the bedrooms provided a restful night's sleep, and the helpful and friendly family owners made me feel right at home. I loved the great outdoor BBQ area and the spacious balconies were a delightful touch.
While there were a few drawbacks, such as the mosquitoes in the evening and the slight lack of kitchen equipment, overall I would highly recommend La Perla Apartments for its comfortable accommodations and helpful hosts.

I recently stayed at La Perla hotel in Sutivan and found it to be the perfect transit accommodation during my travels. The convenience of the nearest airport being only 37 km away made it extremely easy for me to reach the hotel without any hassle. the database provided accurate and helpful information about the hotel, ensuring a smooth check-in process and a comfortable stay.
This turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it meant the apartment stayed cool even when the air conditioning was not switched on.

stayed in sutivan before, but La Perla exceeded expectations. Quiet location, 5 min walk to beach, 15 into town. Well-appointed apartment, great pool area. Terrace perfect for meeting and eating together. Hosts helpful and responsive. Honesty bar convenient. Spotless apartment, had everything we needed.
Indoor pool too cold.

We had a great experience staying at La Perla Apartments. the hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. the apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini kitchen and a spacious balcony. the location was convenient, with a short walk to the beach and a beautiful harbor nearby. the hosts even went above and beyond by helping us find and return a lost item. We felt immediately welcomed and trusted by the hosts, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Cons: Everything was exactly what we needed and wanted. 👍.

We stayed at La Perla for a week and had a fantastic time. The apartment was well appointed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The pool area was excellent, with comfy sunbeds and a beautifully lit pool at night. We loved the outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, where we had fun making fresh pizza in the wood-fired oven. The honesty bar was a great bonus, and the hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. The beach was just a short 5-minute walk away, and it was only a 15-minute stroll into town. Highly recommend this hotel.
